Sign up for an account with Exotics Care Online. Then, book an appointment at your earliest convenience. Once booked, you’ll be sent your appointment details with the meeting link via email. During your consultation, you’ll speak with an RCVS UK-registered vet with expert knowledge in exotic animals. This will take place over audio or video call. After your appointment is complete, you’ll receive a thorough report journal. This will detail your pet’s information, what was discussed during your appointment, and any advisory next steps.
If you want to have a video call, you will need a smartphone or computer with an internet connection and camera/webcam. If you only want an audio call, you will need a landline telephone or mobile phone.

ECO is unable to provide referrals. If your pet needs to see a specialist, your usual veterinary practice will need to arrange this. However, if your pet does require physical medical attention, we can help you find your closest practice for exotic animals.
