During your 20 minute appointment, you’ll speak with an RCVS registered vet with expert knowledge in exotic animals over audio or video call.
After your pet’s consultation, you’ll receive a thorough report journal detailing your pet’s information, what was discussed during your appointment, and any advisory next steps.
Our dedicated team is headed up by exotic animal vet expert Francesco Eco, DVM GPCert(ExAP) MRCVS.
Francesco has always loved animals and his entire life has been devoted to their care. During his training, he volunteered in a large rescue centre for wild animals and birds for two years. When Francesco moved to the UK, he completed a traineeship in exotic animal medicine and then worked in several exotic animal practises across the country. He obtained his PgC in Exotic Animal Practice in 2023. He and the entire Exotics Online Care team are all registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
